We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and take between 1~3 weeks to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time. 

Do you provide tracking information?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please contact us and we will assist you. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Where are your products delivered from?

Our custom products and certain products are manufactured and sent from China, and all other products are shipped from United States. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge. 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change/cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be modified.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns/exchanges can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund/exchange confirmation.
